Bank vouchers are available at the school office or at the bank. The bank will take their copy, one copy of the form is the parent’s receipt, and the other is the school’s copy. The school MUST receive one copy of the form.

Santa Cruz Prep School is a totally independent school and receives no financial support from the government or private companies. Its operation is totally dependent upon the tuition paid by the parents.

Due to increases in the cost of goods and Teachers’ salaries, tuition may be adjusted. All tuition must be paid BEFORE the first day of each school term. Term dates are as follows: Christmas Term-September to December, Easter Term-January to March, Summer Term – April to June. 

The School’s Banking Information is NCB Business Checking, Santa Cruz Branch, Account #892571848. All proof of payment MUST have the student’s name and grade clearly identified and sent to the school via email or dropped off in the office.

Any outstanding balances at the end of the term will result in the student not receiving a report card until the balance is paid in full.

For the 2024-2025 school year, Tuition is $65,000 per term.

Using the Account information above transfers can be made directly to the school’s account. Be sure that the child’s name, grade and amount lodged are identified clearly on proof of payment.

Penalties & Late Fees

Tuition is considered late 15 days after the beginning of the school term. At this time, there will be a weekly late penalty of 2.5% of the outstanding balance for every week late after school reopens.
